We will pre-load the gift card with the amount chosen, register the card to the name you provide and post it out to the delivery address specified with 1st class postage to make sure it arrives on time.

Gift cards can be redeemed at any of our high street stores but may not be accepted online or at other outlets.

Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

Gift cards are subject to the White Rose standard 7 day refund policy.

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards.

Gift cards can be used as full or part payment.

Items purchased using a gift card and returned within the 7 day period, will be refunded in credit back onto a gift card.

Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash/card.

Lost, stolen or destroyed cards will not be exchanged or refunded
